This is the Blankpage cookie policy. The short version: bpage.io sets no cookies by default. That is a decision, not an accident.
The Posture
The bpage.io website, operated by Blankpage LLC, sets no cookies by default. A visitor's consent choice is stored in the visitor's own browser using localStorage, and analytics load only after an explicit opt-in through the cookie banner. There is no advertising technology, no cross-site tracking, and no fingerprinting on bpage.io.
We sell judgment, not audiences. A company that audits surveillance for clients should not run it on its own visitors. Last updated: July 31, 2026.
What a Cookie Is
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser to remember something about you between visits — a session, a preference, or an advertising identifier.
Most cookie policies exist to soften a long list of trackers. This cookie policy exists to document a short one.
The Full Inventory
Cookies set before you consent: none.
Consent preference: one localStorage entry in your browser recording your banner choice. It is not a cookie, it never leaves your device, and it persists until you clear your browser data or change your answer.
Analytics (opt-in only): if you accept, we load a minimal first-party analytics script that counts page views and referrers. Its identifier expires after 13 months at the latest, or immediately when you withdraw consent.
That is the complete list. When it changes, this page changes first.
What We Refuse to Set
No advertising cookies. No third-party trackers. No social media pixels. No fingerprinting scripts dressed up as fraud prevention.
No dark patterns either. The decline button in our banner is the same size as the accept button, and declining takes exactly one click.
How to Refuse or Withdraw
Refuse in the banner on your first visit. Change your mind any time through the cookie settings link in the site footer, or by clearing site data in your browser.
Your browser can also block cookies globally. bpage.io works fully with everything blocked. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal automatically, which the do not sell or share page explains.
Why localStorage
Storing your consent choice in localStorage keeps it where it belongs: on your device. We hold no server-side registry of who consented to what.
It also means your choice survives between visits without us setting a cookie to remember that you refused cookies. The irony of that pattern is not lost on us.
