Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Blankpage LLC does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as "sell" and "share" are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA. This applies to every visitor of bpage.io and every client, in every state.

It has been true since the company was founded. There is no plan, incentive, or business model that would change it.

Under state privacy laws, "selling" does not require money. Passing your data to an ad-tech vendor in exchange for analytics or audience targeting counts. That is how most websites sell personal information without ever calling it that.

bpage.io runs no ad-tech, no third-party trackers, and no data exchanges. The complete inventory is in the cookie policy. There is nothing flowing out, so there is nothing to opt out of. We give you the switch anyway.

Under the CCPA/CPRA and similar laws you can: know what personal information we hold, correct it, delete it, opt out of sale or sharing, limit use of sensitive personal information, and never be discriminated against for asking.

We extend these rights to every visitor in the United States, not only residents of states that mandate them. Rights should not depend on your zip code.

One email. Send "Privacy request" to hi@bpage.io and tell us what you want: a copy of your data, a correction, a deletion, or a do not sell my personal information opt-out on record.

No forms, no portals, no identity-verification theater beyond what the law actually requires. We acknowledge within a few business days and complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, bpage.io treats it as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing automatically. You do not need to email us or touch the banner.

Since we sell nothing, the signal changes nothing in practice. We honor it anyway, because the standard only works if sites respect it regardless of convenience.

You can designate an authorized agent to submit a do not sell my personal information request on your behalf. Have the agent write to hi@bpage.io with your written permission.

We may confirm the request with you directly. That protects you, not us.
