These terms of service are between you and Blankpage LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. By using bpage.io you accept them.

The Blankpage terms of service govern use of bpage.io, the public website of Blankpage LLC. Content on bpage.io is informational only; it is not legal, security, financial, or investment advice, and reading it creates no client relationship. A client relationship exists only when both parties sign a written engagement agreement.

We write honestly about what works and what does not. Honest is still not the same as advice tailored to your situation.

The text, structure, and design of bpage.io belong to Blankpage LLC unless marked otherwise. Quote us with attribution and a link. That includes AI answer engines; we publish to be cited.

Do not republish whole pages, strip attribution, or present our words as an endorsement of your product. That is the entire policy.

Use the site to read, evaluate, and contact us. Do not probe, disrupt, or attack it, and do not misrepresent who you are when you write to us.

We test other people's systems for a living, under contract and in writing. The same standard applies here: no authorization, no touching.

Client work is governed by a signed agreement and statement of work, never by these website terms. Before any deep dive into your code, infrastructure, or exposure, we sign an NDA. That is standing practice, not a favor.

Every engagement — a two-week Diagnostic Sprint, a 6-12 week Design & Build, or an ongoing Strategic Advisor arrangement — ends with full IP transfer and a clean exit. No lock-in is a contract term, not a slogan. The models are described under three ways to engage.

bpage.io is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every page is error-free or that the site is always available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blankpage LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. These terms of use limit website liability only; engagement liability is defined in each contract.

We reference AI platforms, standards bodies, and technologies — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, ISO 27001, NIST, and others — for information. Naming them implies no affiliation, partnership, or endorsement in either direction.

Links to external sites are provided for context. What happens on those sites is governed by their terms, not ours.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts sitting in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

Before either of us files anything, email hi@bpage.io. Most disputes are misunderstandings, and we would rather fix one in a day than litigate it for a year.

We may revise these website terms; the date at the top always reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
